    Thanks Frank for the comments, came as rather a surprise. I like your thoughts on cop 15, as you say it is about the system as a whole. you’ve spurred me on and this year I am going to try very hard to promote the kind of thing in my community that you have been talking about. Ive got lots of thoughts about cop 15 and when I get a little time I will comment further on the subject. just as soon as I get over this hangover.
