Thanks for putting that video on Frank. I remember seeing retention ponds all around Comarapa and it got me to dreaming. I dreamed up what DD describes (from Yeomans) as the keyline design. Collect water (preventing run-off losses of water and soil), force that water to infiltrate deeply or store it for dry-season use. Exactly what he describes in those videos!!! Awesome how the mind can intuit the flow of nature!!!
